Attachment & Trauma

Traumatic experiences and attachment injuries can sometimes make it difficult to maintain healthy relationships with others and ourselves. Through trauma- and attachment-informed therapeutic work, we can come to better trust ourselves and begin to heal from painful experiences in a way that nurtures self-compassion and prioritizes client empowerment and consent.

Neurodivergence

Autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, and other types of neurodivergence are natural parts of human diversity that deserve to be celebrated and accepted, not hidden or “fixed.” Neurodivergent individuals have unique strengths and challenges in navigating their mental health and deserve competent, affirming care.

Chronic Illness & Disability

Chronic illness and disability can be exhausting enough to manage on their own, but navigating the world while often misunderstood and under-supported by medical providers, employers, schools, and peers can make it hard to maintain our mental health. There is space for you to embrace your disabled identity while also coping with the parts that can make life difficult.

Body Neutrality

Our relationships with our bodies can often be complicated and can sometimes feel exhausting. Not only are we constantly surrounded by reminders that our bodies aren’t good enough, we’re also simultaneously shamed for not feeling positive or accepting enough of our bodies. You deserve to make peace with your body and yourself.
